From iCode Systems:Originally designed as a security/surveillance application, i-Catcher Sentry detects motion from a camera feed, captures the images, posts them to a Web site, sends them to you via e-mail, or optionally sends you an SMS alert. i-Catcher can also operate in time-lapse or Webcam modes, and scheduled operating periods for particular times and days of the week can be defined. With its standard and user-configurable profiles, i-Catcher Sentry provides near limitless flexibility of operation. With i-Catcher, you can monitor as many as 255 cameras, remotely, or on-site. When used in conjunction with your home or office PC and a suitable camera, i-Catcher provides a powerful, practical and economic alternative to dedicated CCTV security systems. i-Catcher's built-in Web features also allow you to check on the system from anywhere with a Web browser, and even see what's been recorded. Note that SMS sending capability requires third party SMS application software to be installed. Version 2.2 improved web view, MJPEG streaming output, faster playback loading, support for more network and PTZ cameras.
