From Netwu.com:YahooBin allows you to quickly and easily upload and manage Yahoo groups content, download pictures, and transfer files between your PC and Yahoo groups. It has an easy-to-use graphical interface. All standard file operations are included. You can copy, rename, delete, view, and execute files, drag files from Explorer to a Yahoo group. YahooBin ships with Yahoo FS client, a stand-alone component responsible for communication with Yahoo. In the case of a modification in the Yahoo Web interface, the program itself will download and install an updated build of the component. Version 1.03 features minor improvements and bug fixes.

"Dear developers, do you use this product? This product works very not stably."
Cons: The program not is safe for the operating system. Many restarts and errors.
Some links does not process.
Upload not all files correctly.

Dima_R which gives all download managers 1 is absolutelly uncompetent and seems never tries them at all.

Pros: Product worked great for a long time.
Cons: Recently Yahoo change the login specs and it no longer accepts login in HTTP. Yahoobin doesnt tsupport HTTPS and it is no longer being updated. So this is software is now practically useless.
