Pros: I liked the fact that the instructions offered the option of saving the file as either .flv or .avi
Cons: Unfortunately, I was never prompted to "save as". After I downloaded the file I requested, I noticed that it was saved in no specific format - just simply a document. So I could not run it in W. Media Player. Ah, but it's a new program. Perhaps the programmers can fix the bug.

Pros: Only got it for one purpose and it failed at that. So nothing.

Cons: From the description this product claims to be able to save the file in avi or flv formats. This gave me the impression I could save the file from Youtube as an AVI and watch it in media player. YOU CAN'T! It just downloads the original file and you have to get a seperate converter or flash player to watch it. The discription is misleading and the program is garbage! Don't waste your time.

Cons: You type in the link of a video into the box, click get and you get nothing, not even the flv video that you need. Don't waste time downloading this program, it just full of nonsense.
