From Microsoft:Messenger for Mac 7 is an integrated communications client that enables you to communicate with contacts within and outside your organization. Messenger for Mac 7 is a Universal application that is built to run on both PowerPC-based and Intel-based Macs and makes it easy to take advantage of the full power of real-time communications.
Version 7 lets users customize their contact lists with personal nicknames, use Bonjour to find and locate other contacts in their area, and search for contacts in personal lists. Version 7.0.1 includes unspecified updates.

Pros: This is almost as good as the messenger I had for windows... not the same thing but everything with mac is a change, but the change is worth it
Cons: Just that it's different from the windows version..the layout is completely different. But overall it's pretty good

"This is the worst excuse for an Msn Messenger."
Pros: The only PRO (not plural) are that I can chat with my friends.
Other than that I DONT like this product.Cons: 250 Characters doesn't give me enough room to list even HALF the problems.

No Handwriting
No Winks
No Video Calls
You cant send an offline message it HAS to be an email
You cant play games against contacts.
This is a JOKESummary: I used to have Msn Live on my old computer, it was a piece of junk, but it makes my new Mac look like its Old School. Msn Live absolutely nails this poor excuse for Microsoft Messenger for Mac 7.0.1

Pros: well it does its job and can send emoticons and make custom ones. Has all the BASICS of msn messenger
Cons: It constantly crashes my mac (and i have a new mac mini with latest system version) i t signs me out alot and doesnt have all the pros of the microsoft version.
Summary: I would download something else but i want to have access to custom emoticons. But truthfully, i dont like this peice of poop
