Publisher's description of Keynote Theme Grabber
From Ian Wood:Keynote Theme Grabber goes through all of the themes and templates that come with Keynote 1 or iWork and copies all the images from those themes/templates into a new folder for easy access. This folder can then be imported into iPhoto allowing you to browse all the images through the media browser in Keynote and Pages.
