From WinToNet:K3DSurf is a program to visualize and manipulate multidimensional surfaces by using mathematical equations. It's also a Modeler for POV-Ray in the area of parametric surfaces. Features include 3D, 4D, 5D, and 6D, hyper objects visualization, full support of all functions (like C language), support of mouse event in the drawing area (left rotate, right scale and middle translate), and animation an Morph effect.

Pros: Appears to be precisely as described. No issues on installation.
You can grab hold of the graphic and rotate it in 3d!
You can export the graphic to POV-Ray.
Useful for scientists and 3d-modellers.
Cons: User interface is fairly good, but at first glance looks like it could be improved.
