From Jeroen Kessels:JkDefrag is a disk defragmenter and optimizer for Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista/2008/X64. Completely automatic and very easy to use, fast, low overhead, with several optimization strategies, and can handle floppies, USB disks, memory sticks, and anything else that looks like a disk to Windows. Included are a Windows version, a commandline version (for scheduling by the task scheduler or for use from administrator scripts), a screensaver version, a DLL library (for use from programming languages), versions for Windows X64, and the complete sources.

Pros: Does what it is supposed to better than any other programme...
Cons: Too simple and no way to hide it...
Summary: A prorgamme for everyone who search for a simple but powerfull defrag ...In my opinion the best!!!!

Pros: none at all.
Cons: they will highjack your browser and take you to their page, unfortunatley they will not allow you to go back to cnet, cause they highjacked your browser.

"Detailed view, detailed report, reasonably fast."
Pros: Simple, reasonably fast. Shows a detailed if plain picture of what it is doing. Provides a detailed report (in a file) showing what it did... if you care to study the details...
Cons: It isn't beautiful.

Pros: It is free. It is good at DEFRAGGING.
This program can defrag and optimize (place files where they will not get in the way but be quick to access).Cons: There is no way to hide this when it runs. The visual appeal is for tech geeks only. Regular users will think it appears rather primitive, as it uses the Windows shell (DOS) as its environment. You can only defrag the C: drive with this version.
Summary: This is the best defrag program I've used. Disktrix Ultimate Defrag is a good program, and is comparable to this one, however it is not free.
