Version: BIOS Agent 3.61
"It works only on newer motherboards"
Pros: It is very descriptive and gives complete details about the BIOS very rapidly. It features options to disable Super I/O and DMI detection. There is no installation required.
Cons: It crashed every time I tried to run it on an older computer (a ADM Duron with a SiS730S chipset unknown brand motherboard). The fact that it seems to run well only on newer computer is the major downfall as I would only use it on older computer. Newer computers usually give detailed informations about their BIOS.

"SCAM!!!They Sold Me The Exact Same BIOS update I downloaded from HP for free"
Pros: NOTHING!!! SCAM, don't fall for it. I would have gave them a 0 if possible.
Cons: Like I said above, it's scam, they sold me a BIOS that I already had from HP. The sales person assured me this was different and would allow me to access the full amount of allowed RAM (4GB, on 64 bit OS). I fell for it and when I read details of the .exe file, it turned out to be the exact same one I downloaded and installed from HP for FREE, what a rip off. CNET should definetly reconsider their review of this SCAM

"SCAM !!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME-> GO TO MFG'S WEBSITE, NOT HERE!"
Pros: Here's the SCAM email you will get :
xxxx, Please call me today regarding the Flash BIOS update request that you submitted on-line last Saturday. Your Flash BIOS Update Case # is: ####
After reviewing your BIOS info, additional info is needed about your PC. Once this info is received your Flash BIOS update can be provided to you.
On Thursdays you can reach me until 5:30EST.
Cons: Then the selling begins, 1) Driver Update Service-->NO 2) PC Wellness s/w --->NO 3) "NEW" OS that runs on a cd/flash drive (???)--->NO
If you want to see an actual "Boiler Room" in action, give it a whirl--->just don't buy from them, waste their time.
