Pros: it worked, it just took longer than anticipated.

Pros: I am very pleased with the simplicity of the program it did exactly what I wanted and I didn?t have to spend hours and go through a series of events to get it to work.

iPod to Computer Transfer is simple to use. The UI is kinda alike iTunes, it only takes you few steps to export your music.

Pros: Who could have imagined that you could get your library back again after the computer crash? ITunes refused to do this for us, and it was really annoying.
Cons: the playlist didnot copy the first time, needing another try.
