"Trial version is stingy; does not allow photo transfer"
Pros: not sure. this software may work well, but because of their stingy trial version, i will never know.
Cons: I acquired this software for photo transfer. the photo transfer capability is disabled in the trial version. there is only an option to transfer 10 songs.
Summary: With only an an option to transfer 10 songs and no photo transfer, the trial version is much too stingy for my taste. If I can't try it, I dont want to buy it. read more

Version: MediaWidget Easy iPod Transfer 4.0.16
Pros: Super user friendly for people with limited skills and works! Small price to pay for all the money I paid to dowload my music legally. Walked me through everything, transfered it all as if it was holding my hand!
Cons: Didn't transfer photos, didn't even give me the option to transfer photos. Not sure what that's about.....
Summary: I was panicing about how to get my music back after my computer was stolen. I have had iPod erased in the past, and I didn't want to lose my legit music this time. Small price to pay ($29) for the hundreds of dollars in music that were saved! read more

Pros: Easy to download and set up.
Cons: Doesn't recognise new Ipod nano (4th generation). "Support" offers is just a repeat of the help suggestions on the website - no additional info or help provided.
Summary: New Ipod nano? - don't bother! While the reviews suggest this software works great on earlier models, it is clear that there is no support for the latest model and little or no interest in sorting out the issues. Customer support is terse at best. No... read more
