"twain driver with norton doqwn load impossible"
Pros: I have tried time and time again to make the twain driver work with epson perfection 2400 amd have never been successful. \did get it to scan thru program paperport and now I can't even do that JUST GREAT i AM NOW SEARCHING FOR A NEW SCANNER NOT AN EPSON
Cons: oN A SCALE OF 1-10 i WOULD GIVE IT A 15!

"It works now and didn't work before."
Pros: I can at least use my scanner now .
Cons: The scanner doesn't work with Photoshop Elements where it did before. I have little control over how it scans and I can only use it with this software which is not good.
