"When PC crashed won't permit transfer of paid version."
Pros: Ability to fill forms online without need to remember password or username
Cons: That pros item is the death of the product when you are away from your PC and need to remember pw and un.
Summary: Why can't I transfer what I paid from one PC to another? Afterall you have the product available as free version. But having chosen to pay for the full version, why must I be penalised after losing my PC to an unrecoverable crash. I had my payment de... read more
