123BabySteps is the first of three programs designed to help your toddler learn basic word, letter, sound, and keyboard recognition. It utilizes the three learning styles: audio, visual, and tactile.
It is used by daycares and individuals alike, and tested/commented on by the early childhood development staff at Ohio University and other professionals in the education field. Version 2 has a fix that locks the keyboard to keep children in the game and prevents them from getting into other areas of your computer.

"Baby likes it and now our 6yr old wants it too!!!"
Pros: Nice and colourful & full of sounds and songs, background music is a good idea too. Locks the keyboard is great so now baby can bash away quite happily. Just what we were looking for.
Cons: If I were to improve on anything it would be a "Sticky" option when a key is pressed on the keyboard so the picture does not disapear when key released. Also, game maker could contact friends in UK and get sounds recorded in British accent, this would make this program a truly educational learning tool for UK as well as US citizens.
